Holzer on McGin

Maple Leafs defenseman Korbinian Holzer will not face a disciplinary hearing for boarding Philadelphia’s Tye McGin in last night’s game at the Air Canada Centre, reports Sportsnet’s Chris Johnston.

The play occurred at 13:31 of the second period. Holzer received a five-minute major and game misconduct for the hit that left McGinn shaken but not seriously injured.
