I think the expectations for Coots where a little above his development at this time and to throw him out at
No.2 center at 19 just something he wasn’t ready for….he is going to be an awesome player but he needs a good 25 lbs. which just comes naturally with getting into your 20′s and getting more mature cause when he gets to about 210-220 he will be a perennial all star

I would like to see more of sessito he has been very solid and deserves more of a chance to play IMO. He has shown he is more than the goon most teams paint him to be.

Exactly. This is hardly the first time this has happened, teams do it all the time. One guy with a highly passable illness can seriously affect a team’s play if a few others catch it.

seems like this is to keep everyone else from getting the flu on a road trip where there’s close quarters and conditions that are condusive to the spread of the disease. i dont think flyers fans should read too much else into it.
