With them moving to Brooklyn I think it could become an attractive place to play. Playing in New York would certainly open up more sponsorship deals.

Whoa, that would put them WAY too far above the cap floor. Would be funny to have Thomas and Luongo on the same team though, maybe Thomas would finally pump Lu’s tires.

Isles should trade for luongo to give the team veteran presence in the dressing room and confidence in their goalie so they can go out and score instead of worrying about mistakes all the time.

Capuano should strip Okposo of the A. When his scoring is off he doesn’t contribute in other ways you would hope a leader would. Fragile teams like the Islanders can’t afford to see no consequences of poor performance.
