Getty Images After missing about a week with a shoulder injury, Boston Bruins agitator Brad Marchand will return to the lineup Sunday against the Buffalo Sabres, according to CSNNE.com’s Joe Haggerty.
The B’s lineup will be bolstered beyond that as Shawn Thornton and Daniel Paille are also getting back into action after suffering from injuries. (Thornton, 35, been dealing wit a concussion and Paille, 28, was sidelined with eye issues.)
Getting Marchand back is the most significant development, though. The 24-year-old forward has five goals and one assist in eight games this season, with a modest two penalty minutes.
One other interesting alteration is that Anton Khudobin is making his second start of 2013, spelling workhorse No. 1 guy Tuukka Rask.
