Sitting Grandlund for a game or two is a good idea imo. Sometimes youngsters watching the game from the pressbox does them some good. Plus, making him work harder than he already is working in order to secure a spot can only be a good thing.

To the people who are freaking out like this move is something more than what it is.. it's not as if they are sending him down to the AHL or looking to trade the guy, RELAX! This happens all the time.

Also, to the people who are looking at these moves as "hitting the panic button" you need to relax as well. My god, coaches change lines constantly. Look at the Red Wings.. they change up lines all the time, this is really not a big deal especially when you look at the fact that many of these guys have never played together before. Sometimes you find chemistry in a way that you never thought you would when making lines at the beginning of the year.

Bottom line is this team is not scoring, particularly second tier scoring. So something has to be done and in a shorter season like this you don't have 10 games to try things and "wait and see" if they are working. Losing 5-8 games in a row is going to be very difficult to overcome. I for one am glad to see that Yeo isn't afraid of changing things up and see if it works! It's so much better than just grinding away and hoping that things will improve. "Definition of Insanity: Doing the same thing over and over again expecting to get different results!"

I really like the new line combo's particularly the 1st and 2nd lines. Can swap out PMB with Seto or Grandlund at anytime and let's be honest PMB is about to get injured soon (I hate to say that but i'm probably accurate), Zucker and Larrson are just waiting to move up too. So these guys better get it going over the next 10 games or you will be seeing alot more healthy scratches with those 2 moving up!
