There’s nothing wrong with wearing a suit to a game. That is unless you wear a suite and disappear into your private suite during the first intermission to go get wasted, leaving the entire platinum section empty until midway through the 2nd period.

Based on your post I can only assume that you are not one of those, kitshky. Good on you.

Yea that’s the solution. Phil Kessel being out of the lineup would be a significant upgrade. You’d think being a Canadian you would have some semblance of hockey knowledge. Then again you are a dude who clearly has hang ups with wearing suits, so you probably don’t have a very good job. Which means you probably aren’t educated. Which explains everything.

I’m so sick and tired of “if you’re wearing a suit you’re not allowed in” stupidity. I work for a living, and yes forgive me, at times wear a suit.

Am I not as true a fan as you because I go straight from work to the game? Am I not as true a fan as you because I don’t go just to get hammered, stand up and jump around screaming my fkn lungs out … and just actually enjoy watching the game?

I agree there are a lot of douche’s at the games, but not every person who isn’t screaming throughout the game (and yes, wearing a suit *gasp*) is less of a fan than you. And by the way, I’m not young (34) but I ain’t exactly old either.

I can understand the displeasure when a team visits, plays poorly, and walks away with a shutout and two points.

Blowing up the GM and coaching staff hasn’t helped the team focus on the few fundamentals that pro atheletes need to attend to. Might be time to bury an underperforming top name on the Marlies for a while. If that hint goes unnoticed, blow up the rest of the team.

How about for starters bring down the price of tickets so anyone can bring their family. Secondly if your wearing a suit your not allowed in the arena. Thirdly if your last name is Kessel or Phaneuf you have to find another team to play for other then the Leafs !!!! Then we will see progress !!!
