After Dale Hunter instilled some discipline and led them to a deep playoff run, we knew Oates would have a tough act to follow. But some of his moves are real head scratchers, especially moving Ovie to the other side.

The Caps are solid, but if they don’t right the ship soon, they could join as many as four team from last years playoff on the outside looking in.
