I’m also a big believer in calls evening themselves out over the course of a season, though as the commenter below noted this one was evened out a few minutes later.

At least Reimer is showing he can be a #1 goalie in this league. He’s been nothing but solid so far this year, even outstanding at times. Good news for us Leafs fans.

I don’t really know much about him other than what he’s done with the Bs this year. I read somewhere he led the AHL in scoring last year, which sounds great. I think he is a perfect fit for that third line winger role. It’s been a new player the past three years so hopefully he sticks.

If you would like to remove the instances of Incidental Contact – The Leafs still lost. It would have been by more than 1 if Reimer hadn’t been as good as he was when he needed to be.

I was a fan of his dad’s. But it wasn’t really the only goal scored in the game, just the only one that wasn’t disallowed. Sadly for Leafs fans, their team’s goal was disallowed because of incidental contact between a Leaf and the Bruins goalie outside the crease, arguably a bogus call.
