And the Canucks D and PP is totally lost without Salo. Their record is pretty marginal over the last few years when Salo was hurt.

I was a little leary of the aquisitions before the season, but to see them in action and have the play of the overall D get better leads me to believe Stevie Y did well. Hedman’s pass last night to Cory-Calder was a thing of beauty! Aulie has played well and seems to improve nightly. Brewer has 2 more goals than all of last season already (and played all 82!). Bergeron, Mikkelson, and Lee….not so much YET (I hope). Couple that with Lindback playing lights out and we are going to be in this thing! Last year’s woes were D and Net. Never much is said about the Ning so far this year (and please don’t go into the “haven’t played anybody yet” diatribe) we have done what are supposed to do (undefeated at home) and can’t wait for some steeper comp; Rangers (twice), Devils, and Bruins in the next 6 games to see what we have here. My call is we are BACK!
