I was at the game sitting behind Schneider 2 out of three periods and he looked shaky the entire game. Yes elder gave pavelski a free goal but I feel that Schneider wasn't confident after that Thornton goal 45 seconds into the game

Which goals would you have liked him to have? Two dead give aways in the slot, a bouncing deflection that he made an unreal first save on, and a one-timer from inside the circle. You can argue that he maybe should have had the last one. But the game is already over at that point.

He made some great saves in the slot that kept the game close for a while there. Couture from the top of the crease is one I can remember.

Another example of media trying to stir something up. I usually find that your work avoids such nonsense, but I don't think the Luongo comment is fair. Does it really need to be mentioned that Roberto Luongo was in net for both of the blown 2-0 leads?

Anyone who watched last nights game knows how good Luongo was. He was the only reason the Canucks received a point. He made some unbelievable saves in a game the Canucks had no business being in. He also made two solid saves in the shootout, something he has not normally done. Meanwhile his teammates decided to offer up some pathetic shootout attempts of their own. Really, what was Burrows trying to accomplish there?

The blown 2-0 leads are not a reflection on Luongo, but on the team in front of him. They have been terrible. I've seen bantam teams manage the puck in their own end better. You also fail to mention that Schneider was in a game where the Canucks blew a 2-0 lead against the Flames, fortunately Schneider got some run support in the shootout.

Aside from the first game against the Ducks, the Canucks goaltenders have been good. The same cannot be said for the team in front of them.
