Get rid of Ov. Send him to a team with authentic star power so he can be humbled. He’s not quality star power or team leader. How about to the ducks for Getzlaf or Perry. Do you think Boudreau will take Ov?

This team scored 2 goals in the 3rd period for that point. They never quit, and played well against the defending eastern conference champions. They looked awful the first 3 games, they looked much better last night. Lots of positives to take from this game.

Even if we dont make the playoffs this year im beginning to see this as a rebuilding year.
Caps fans are very spoiled especially after the success of the last several years. Yea i was really upset about last night, but hey we came back, against the team that fought its way into LORD STANLEYS CUP FINAL. What are we freakin canucks fans??- Trade luongo! Trade everyone!
Ovi is getting there. He had some potentially reallll dangerous drives down the ice. Green scored our game tying goal… But nicky… Ugh he does look bad right now ha but why would u want to trade him?

Right. Four games in, new coach, new system, new players and line combos and you’re saying “TRADE THE WHOLE CORE.” because they’re struggling to adjust after a week-long training camp.

I guess people can’t have an opinion anymore. Fact is, Ovechkin, Green, and Backstrom have been our worst players so far this season. And these are the guys that are superstars? I’ll keep Backstrom, get rid of the other two. We need more hard workers. I’d rather have a team of blue collar guys over a trio of superstars. You can call it systems all you want and you can try to blame the coaches. This core has been together for the previous three systems, and NONE of them lead to success! But yet, they’re still learning…. When does that excuse end, and you start to hold the players accountable?

Man the Devils look good. Somehow. I thought they’d struggle to score without Parise, Sykora, and Henrique. I was wrong. The caps put up a very good effort. Neuvirth made some spectacular saves. Getting a point out of this game after trailing late could be a building block. Ovechkin will bust out eventually.

Next buy out? Come on, try and think of a zing at least instead of just spewing BS. They are learning a third system in less then a calendar year. From a first time head coach no less. The power play is broken as has to be reworked as well. And I almost forgot, Ovichkin was the 5th leading goal scorer last year! Yeah buy him out.
