I don’t think that in the short term the conference will be a strong one but it will come back. I am overjoyed by their adding UAH to their fold. I watched as UAH struggled to just survive and wondered how after the super efforts by their fans they could exist without a conference affiliation. Good for the WCHA for opening their ranks to this program. As a follower of college hockey I know it is going to take a huge iffort to make this work but I hope that success is in the cards for both the WCHA and UAH.
