Really hope the players catch on to Oates new system in less than a week…ovechkin and backstrom and ribero could all have pretty good seasons, we’ve had years being number one scoring team, an last year out defensing the bruins and rangers (yeah I know the rangers won) now time to find the balance, we’ve shown we can win offensive and we can win defensively whn they have to. If they can find this balance, this could be a special year , if not, back to redskins in the spring

Carolina makes the most sense to me. Staal and Semin are big new pieces to showcase against a super popular team. TB isn’t bad just saying Carolina seems new and exciting to check out.
