Pens have a great chance with a young core, good D and 2 good goalies to lighten the load but let’s not overlook the hated rangers. They are a force this year and probably the strongest team offensively, and a great goalie between the pipes. Question is, do they have a formidable back up to take the pressure off.

I don’t know – I think Crosby could do some serious damage with Kunitz and Dupuis back together. Its not entirely out of the question. Same with Malkin coming back with Neal.

With that being said, Vegas does not pick odds based on who they think is going to win, they do it based off of the public’s perception of who is going to win. Their job is not to pick winners, but rather to adjust lines and odds in such a fashion that brings in bets and makes them money (more often than not MY money but that’s because I am a degenerate gambler).
