Never said Abdelkader was top line… but he HAS BEEN a better player… and has fallen off. See his stats.

Those aren’t speculations or options. They’re facts supported by their numbers.

Hudler wasn’t “just filling a slot”, he was offered another contract and Detroit wanted him. And Kronwall hasn’t lost anything, I dunno where people get this insanity from. And Abdelkader isn’t a top line player, I dunno why in the world you expect him to act like it.

Val is emerging – continue the good work!

Wings are set to need some reloading and/or replacement. Hudler was just filling a slot.

Kronwall needs to pull his head out of his butt. Since 08-09 he’s fallen off and lost his edge.

Abdelkader needs a reminder that a winger shouldn’t have TRIPLE his points… in PIMs. After the third season…. it’s time to start showing good improvement and earning a top line position.
