my insiders are telling me that my influence on PHT actually had something to do with ending the lockout. I didnt believe it myself until I got a text from a very respected PLAYER who thanked me for my contributions.

Guess a few of my direct posts were acknowledged by the League and they weren’t too happy about the FANS optimism rapidly dwindling!

I’m not looking for any fame nor fortune, but let you always remember my contributions to ending the lockout.

How is it the fault of the players and owners and not the 2 men representing them in negotiations? You do realize Fehr and Bettman do and say what the players and owners want them to say and do. But as the leaders they could have had nonstop negotiations until a deal was done. They could have had olive branches and open contact and not weeks between meetings designed to pressure the other side. So a deal gets done last minute. And thats Bettmans and Fehrs fault its 4 months late. Thats most peoples issue with them. And its well deserved.

I’m thrilled the lockout has finally ended and can’t wait to watch some games on TV. But my own personal lockout will continue until the start of the 2013-2014 season. For the remainder of this season I will continue to lockout anything NHL related that I have to spend money on. I will not let the joy of having hockey back let me forget the frustration I’ve felt for the past 3 months.

I have season tickets- so my money has been sitting in Wirtz pocket since last spring. I will attend and cheer on my Blackhawks!!’ won’t buy merch- but will support the vendors that have lost so much revenue due to these selfish SOB’s. I would love to see the stadiums half full for the first few weeks- however this season is going to be hard to miss. Every game is that much more important! Can’t Wait!! LET’S GO HAWKS (USA!!USA!!)

Who gives a rat’s arse , Gary the retard n Bill ‘there’s nothing to talk about’ Daly have shot the sport back to irrelevance after a season last year of great momentum where there actually was a buzz about hockey for the first time in 20 years. HBO 24-7, winter classic, LA kings winning the cup new fans from the NBA lockout, all gone because of their greed and total disregard of the fans. I for one, a life long hockey fan, will not give those cretins the satisfaction of giving them my attention. The Stanley Cup should not be given out after a non legitimate shortened season like the one they’re proposing. Starting the season in January? Puh-lease.

I have no intention of buying tickets or merchandise until I get a new CBA with the league and its players- until they show me a reason why I should be happy about this, after all they’ve done the past few months, I can’t find a reason to give them any of my hard-earned and increasingly-stretched money.

Thank you Holtbeast. People who blame Fehr for this whole mess obviously don’t understand what he was hired to do.

& Bettman, well he’s still a puppet of the owners. He wouldn’t have his job if some of them didn’t like what he was doing.

As I said in a previous comment, blaming this lockout on these two individuals is not only nonsensical, but it also plays into the owners & players hands. It is their fault, and in that order too. Owners first, and players second. The owners & players WANT the fans to blame DB & DF so they can be the good guys.

Don’t be such sheep!!!
