So they are going to water down the talent in the NHL even more. Great idea, its not like over expansion is the basis for all the NHL’s problems.

the NHL embarrassed the NHLPA with its initial offer back in Fall, and now the PA is prepared to make it as hard as possible on the league.

all that matters is the 50/50 blame you should be putting on both parties. nothing else really really matters at this point.
