From what I’ve seen last season, Canucks fans were still pretty supportive of him on the Sabres. He had a cult following of sorts over there. He will have a great shot to compete for the #1 center spot vs. Tyler Ennis and Grigorenko. I know as a Sabres fan, it’s going to be fun to watch.

For once I have to agree with you Blom. Trading Cody was a big mistake. They lost a guy that was close to being Danny Gare for a player who is too close to being a Jim Sandlak.

Friends, I offer you this as a “free” public service announcement. Now I’m a bit of a “unique” sort, in that that I live here in Vancouver and yet I’m “not” a member of the Canuck’s flock. Anytime you hear something at a forum like this about young Cody, it’s sure to be from some rabid Canucklehead who toes the party line and nothing else. Well let me tell you this people … Cody Hodgson is an extremely talented and well-behaved young man who was “horribly” abused here in Vancouver by Aquilini Investments … and I’m just so glad that he finally got out of here and now has the chance to prove his mettle, free from the Orwellian “snake pit” which is the Canucks organization today. Hopefully he too will one day come to taste the “joy of redemption” like comrade Mitchell has done. All the best Cody and God speed … you deserve it friend!

ps: this Kardashian creature who the Canucks got in return, is a complete and utter flop …
