I agree with pretty much all of what you say, but it's a bit cruel to say he "robbed the Wild blind". He had an above average-though not terribly impressive-career going until the concussion bug hit. I'm pretty sure he would have liked to play in those 150+ games that he missed over he last five years and I'm pretty sure he wishes he had been able to avoid that Bogosian hit. I am more than willing to blame it all on DR. Why not? Who will object?

I just met PMB this week and he seems like a nice guy and his better half is carrying their child. Like you, I'm happy he feels better and I hope he has more to give to the team-at a discounted price.

if there is a lockout... I wonder how Fletcher will handle PMB. I am guessing he would like to keep him but the contract would have to be close to league minimum, say $1M. PMB out of the kindness of his heart should play next year for free (if he could) seeing as he has robbed the Wild blind... I would like to see PMB back because I think our prospects need another season in Houston and there should be no rush to get any of the in the NHL becides Granlund and Brodin. Coyle and Zucker can wait a little bit.... Glad to hear he is feeling better and am curious to see how his situation shakes down.
