In all seriousness though, I do genuinely believe that this may be it tomorrow, as I’ve again had that same vision which I previously had back in September, where I thought I saw an agreement being reached during the week of Nov 5 -10th ? Well today when I had that same vision, just like before I again saw a bunch of men in suits, laughing and signing documents, etc. This time however the picture was much more clearer to me. It was so clear in fact, that I could actually read something which was on the table where the men in suits are laughing and signing documents. That something my friend was a calendar. And can you guess just what the date was on that calendar ? … you guessed it … 12 / 12 / 12 !!!!!

Hey man, I’ve also made some strange grammatical errors here at PHT from time to time, though I’m convinced that some of those have been purposely done by “certain” NBC editors in an effort to undermine my message ? Ahem, that’s a joke right ? … of course “intra-conference” games are all we’ll get ! And it’ll probably be pretty intense hockey too, as the entire season is going to be like an extended playoff right from the get go. The only downside for us LA Kings and our WC brothers, is the fact we’ll still be doing all the long-haul traveling, while the EC teams won’t have to do any at all. That won’t matter so much during the regular season itself, however it will give an edge to the EC champ come SC Final time in June.

Interesting piece, as I haven’t heard about Griffiths for some time. He was an excellent owner here no doubt, building a new home for the Canucks and bringing the NBA to Vancouver, etc. But man has the guy ever aged recently or what ? And what’s with Gretzky in the photo above ? He too looks like he’s really aged recently ? Anyway, this meeting tomorrow is looking good, though Griffiths is correct with his concern for the players. “Theirs” is of a perishable nature and therefore as the “fruits and vegetables” which they are, their shelf life is now starting to run out. I’m convinced that tomorrow Gary is going to say “let’s do it man” and so these players had better make sure that they don’t let Fehr get any crazy ideas !
