Tatoo I know what the article said and I also saw local footage on some real size sticks being handed out as well. Never did I say that this wasn't a good thing for the kids and I did give the players kudos doing this annual visit. Perhaps you are objecting to my pot shot at other players that are partying and living the life of Riley while people are struggling to get by because their lively hoods depend on the NHL playing games.

Wow you're a jerk....Maybe you should try reading the article before making absolutely stupid comments like that one......The players did a very good thing there and they organised it on there own as well because it's something that they do every year and they didn't want to not go just because of the lock out! They also weren't handing out $500 sticks either, they were handing out autographed mini sticks, photos, and hats. They made a lot of kids that are very sick very happy and that deserves praise not the bull$hit that you wrote....I'm sorry that you are missing watching hockey games but that doesn't mean that you should be a classless douche over it......

Not to be a grinch on this good deed or anything but I'm sure the players loved giving away those $500 sticks paid for by Molson.Anyway I am really happy that the players did visit the sick kids and brighten up their day, good on them as others are "busy twitting" photos of their views.
