The best line was when the officer asked if there was anything that could prevent him from completing the sobriety test.

His response?

“I didn’t finish high school”

Glad to know that Notre Dame admits students without high school diplomas…

He’ll be lucky if he gets to play in the ECHL after this one. If he gets deported, it won’t matter, since he wouldn’t be eligible to return to the States for quite some time, therefore, wouldn’t be eligible to play anywhere here.

Hell, he was not able to train in any hockey riots in Montreal or Vancouver. So he had to improvise. Put that farm boy on his daddy’s tractor and let him drive it into a ditch full of wild boars. Either he grinds them up into sausages or they grind him up in to mince meat.Pass the cassoulet and Mounton-Rothchild 78 , please.

I don’t think he is on his way to alcoholism. He is 20 years old. Kids that age tend to get slammed every now and then. I’m not saying what he did was right but not everyone that drinks turns into an alcoholic.

I really hope thye throw his ass in jail for this, and that he never plays a game in the NHL. While it might be a bit funny because he was wearing a purple Teletubby costume… someone driving the wrong way down a street with a BAL of .30 is nothing to laugh at. Its amazing he didn’t kill anyone, and he should pay a very high price for his actions.
