PHT’s Morning Skate takes a look around the world of hockey to see what’s happening and what we’ll be talking about around the NHL world and beyond.

AHL Abbotsford Heat goaltender Barry Brust was perfect through 268:17 minutes before finally allowing a goal in the second period of Saturday’s game against the San Antonio Rampage. Brust’s shutout streak broke a 55-year-old AHL record previously held by Hall of Fame goaltender Johnny Bower. (NHL.com)
