Well! Today is a big day for the PA. Their true colors will be revealed based on the proposal they will present this morning 10am. Now, if they are totally off the mark, then it will be another short meeting. If the players insist on any sort of guaranteed returns over percentage of HRR, then you can expect the NHL to announce later today the cancellation of all games from Dec 1 to 14. If not, then they will be in a negotiation marathon trying to resolve this conflict by the end of this week. What will it be for the players? Another lost pay check or an agreement?

That is a bit strange. It doesn’t really request anything from the MP or provide any particularly enlightening info.

Stephen Harper may pretend to be a hockey fan but it’s not like he or anyone else in Parliament is about to become the hero of the lockout.

This one really has me sitting back and thinking….WTF? Is there a point in this? It’s like when congress voted “for” In God We Trust on money even though voting against it wouldn’t have removed it. Don Fehr approved this going out??
