If I recall correctly Johan Hedberg was in net for the Canucks and hurt his wrist on the play he went down, but stayed in for the remainder of the game before missing a couple of games afterwards?

I’m surprised Marc Crawford didn’t just give Levesque the start given the hate he seemed to have for Hedberg.

Reminds me of a similar circumstance in Vancouver when UBC goalie, Chris Leveque, was backup for a game. I can’t recall who the goalie who played was, but there was a play during the game when that goalie went down and received attention from the trainer. I’ve never seen somebody look as nervous as Leveque did, sitting there waiting to see if the starter was going to stay in the game. Just priceless!
