The ” gull ” is probably in reference to that same college kid driving maybe not so much drinking. Also guy at the top, you’re a dope no one cares the difference between prison and jail. The fact that you even know that is reason enough for someone to smack you.

My God…learn what you’re talking about before writing about it. There is no such thing as, “180 days in prison.” If the maximum time of confinement is a year or less, ther person goes to, “jail.” If it’s more than a year he or she goes to, “prison.” Nobody goes to prison for drunk driving, superdrunk, or otherwise, on the first offense. Someone has to die or get injured for that to happen.
