PHT’s Morning Skate takes a look around the world of hockey to see what’s happening and what we’ll be talking about around the NHL world and beyond.

Taylor Hall returned from a shoulder injury on Friday and was credited with his first goal of the 2012-13 campaign just 38 seconds into the Oklahoma City Barons’ 4-3 win over the Houston Aeros. However, he was also handed a game misconduct that forced his team to kill off a five-minute penalty. (Edmonton Journal)

Senators coach Paul MacLean spoke out about the lockout recently. He said, “It’s a frustrating time. I’m just like everyone else. I don’t understand it. I’d just like to get back to work.” (Ottawa Citizen)
