Katz tried to bully the city of Edmonton and they called his bluff, which is exactly what I would want my city council to do if this happens 2.5 hours south in Alberta’s better city. I’m sure there’s backwater chatter going on and people who know both are playing intermediaries and in 2-4 weeks Mandel and Katz will have a joint press conference talking about how glad they are to have gotten the deal done.
