The KHL should have a “Salute to the NHL” night (maybe every night) in appreciation for boosting their revenue, along with a between-periods ice show starring Dumb (Fehr) and Dumber (Bettman).

The amount of money I spent on the NHL last year is the same I would be charged for a few trips overseas to catch a few KHL games this year.
I might just do that because I sure as hell wont be sending my money towards the NHL – even if the season does start up again.

Great job NHL; keep pissing off you’re fans. I already refuse to spend another dime on a hockey ticket for many years to come. Already the 4th popular sport in the US; are you gunning for 5th, 6th, 10th?

And people wonder why hockey gets no coverage in the media compared to the other major sports. I really thought this would have been over by now. Coming off a record money making season the NHL now pokes all its fans right in the eye and will soon be kicking us all square in the nuts.
