I couldn’t agree more. Things are looking slightly better, but the continued delays between talks and lack of communication on major issues (not to mention, no revised offers from either side) aren’t going to get them anywhere

We all need to start banging the drum harder for a mediator. They won’t admit it, but they hear loud clamors. If “talking about issues” is a silver lining (what were they talking about all this time, their fantasy lineups?), then someone needs to keep them on track.

The PA’s disapproval of realignment was the shot across the bow. The proposals made sense, and they addressed the preserving rivalries vs. 10/9pm start times for Chicago, Detroit, Nashville and St. Louis.

Didn’t want to believe it at the time, but it was clear from that point that the lockout was a question of “when,” not “if.”

WHAT ABOUT REALIGNMENT?!?!? Haven’t heard a word about it yet the Wild need to get out of the northwest. We want our rivalries back.
