@eyeh8goodell. Funny u say that in Camden NJ they did exactly that. Basically firing the whole force and starting a “new” smaller force at much lower salary

I get what he’s saying, but the players have to understand that they aren’t helping anything by not countering. You have to understand that just saying “oh it won’t change anything” is the exact line of thought that is going to keep this lockout going. No counter proposal = no solution

The players aren’t looking for a pay raise. I bet if Jersey was wanting to roll their pay back they’d bolt for another department in another locale too.

That comparison is the epitome of an apples to oranges.

Meanwhile in the real world several Police Officers in New Jersey haven’t seen a pay raise in 4 years. Wish they could stop working and go to Germany until their contract settles.
