Cancelling forthcoming games in “two week blocks” is completely consistent with my assertion that our season “will” commence by the US Thanksgiving holiday weekend, latest. In fact, even those who are sheep with poor eyesight should now see this as a virtual admission that the owners and NHLPA are in this “together” for the obvious reasons. Don’t fool yourself friends. Wiping out the entire season would have been the equivalent of taking a bullet in the head for all parties involved, no two ways about. But everyone knows that there’s “zero” chance of that ever happening. So let these wealthy “manipulators” carry on with their fake meetings and phoney press conferences, as we simply don’t care. We’ve got much better things to do with our time, instead of sitting here and worrying about some silly “contrived” impasse. The only thing we would ask however, is that they kindly give us a call as soon as the stage performance is over … thanks !
