If he really thinks the team and city mutually need each other….why not agree to mutually build an area and to SHARE the profits generated by the arena with the city and consider the public part owners of it (as they should be)?

Nice back track d-bag. He will still demand more money from the city while offering up very little of his own money in comparison. You suck Daryl and so does your $5.5 million over 35 years offer. It’s got so many loopholes involving interest and other BS that Edmonton will truly end up paying for the entire project.
