		<description><![CDATA[Each side should bring to the table the largest, most significant compromise they are willing to make. Forget the other side&#039;s agenda and only think of themselves for a second. Forget these &#039;strategic&#039; offers based on the other side&#039;s position. Imagine it is January and the lockout is still in place. What compromise, free of any outside factors, would each side be willing to make? They don&#039;t even have to be related to the same issue...just both bring significant, meaningful offers to the table and present them just to get the ball rolling and show some sort of commitment to resolving this. I say this because the only difference between now and, let&#039;s just say January, when the lockout is ended, is the passage of time. The more time passes, the more pressure builds to solve this and, as a result, the more willing each side will be to compromise. That is going to happen...always does...or else there will be no hockey ever again. They always figure it out. Why wait to get to that point? Put themselves in that position now and friggin figure it out. It has already been months of this crap. Why wait even longer and ruin a season? Just doesn&#039;t make sense at this point.]]></description>
