They’re not joining these KHL teams because of the money. They love to play, they realize the best way to stay in game shape is to play real games, it’s their home country (or near to it) in many cases. There are other reasons they’re doing this than just the dollars.

Maybe Datsyuk could teach Radulov to play real hockey instead whatever he was doing when he came over at the end of the season.

These are only the players that can actually get a job overseas. You should realise that players going overseas represent just about 5-10% of the players. They might be willing to take a pay cut to stay in NHL but players that already have smaller salaries are not willing to do it.
