CBA- Once negotiations start on a new CBA all league business is suspended. It just seems a little contradictory to be threatening the coming season due to an inability to negotiate a new CBA while still signing players to contracts that may or may not be honored. To say nothing of having players under new contracts for a season that may or may not be played.
