The “commish” doesn’t decide where teams go. Any city approved for expansion or relocation is voted on by the board of governors (the owners). THEY decide not the commissioner. Quit blaming Bettman for everything. I don’t know the guy or have any reason to defend him. I defend common sense, something I’m starting to realize a good majority of hockey fans lack when it comes to the who they think is actually in charge of the NHL. The owners OWN the teams, they OWN the league. THEY make ALL major decisions not Bettman or whoever the next commissioner happens to be.

This should really be a blessing for Katz. Build the entire thing with your billions and then never have to worry about the government governmenting in your business more than they would have to.

Seattle, why would the commish add a team in a norther climate, since his bring the game to the sun belt has been such a big hit, my guess is he will try to move them to Puerto Rico.
