Definitely good for the area around the arena. It’s great to have an owner with some vision and civic pride. Hopefully something happens to the fenced in hole that used to be the Aud at some point- but for now it’s awesome that the Webster st. area will be more than a couple parking lots and dives. Sadly, a few wrong turns in the area are an easy way to keep any out of towners from ever wanting to come back. Hopefully that’s next on the list.
