Exactly. After the last handful of years of disappointing and putrid sports teams in Minnesota (no offense to the Lynx and their fans but I am sorry it is not the same.), there was hope that one of our teams finally got their stuff together. They drafted right built up the team and then landed the two biggest FA in free agency. Excitement that I haven’t felt in a long time has came back to me. And now this…….

As a long time MN sports fan you would think we would be used to disappointment and waiting, but I concur Karl we have been waiting for what seems like forever to see this kid play, you throw in the big off-season moves, and I feel like I’m 8 years old again waiting for Christmas to get here, but it’s still the middle of summer, now my mom is telling me X-mas might be cancelled!

I and other Wild fans have been waiting for Granlund to play here for years and now we will have to wait who knows how long? Thnaks a lot NHL owners and Gary Bettman.
