Also, who would pay Glendale back and why would they pay Glendale back? Because Glendale made a bad decision 10 years ago? Man, I wish someone would pay me back for all the bad decisions I made 10 years ago.
Good luck convincing Phoenix to pay Glendale one cent because Glendale’s gov’t is a joke.
