This week’s CBA developments might seem dour, but it also appears that both sides haven’t given up hope for finding a timely resolution.

Might help if Mr Bettman didnt look like he was lecturing an english as second language class… Might help if Mr Fehr’s voice does not waver… The Lockout will happen..

This is all happening too late, we should have been at this point in discussions in June, A deal will get done eventually but both sides (especially the players) dragged their feet right to the deadline. A lockout is very likely, here’s hoping they get their act together and get things done quickly enough the regular season isn’t affected

Realize NO ONE WINS with a lock out. Agree to 50 to a 50 split. Agree to 29 years old for free agency. Contracts maximum years – 6 years.
