I never said they give money. I was saying that the fans who support all those teams also go to sharks games and buy sharks merch. We are perfectly fine and don’t need help from other teams.

Like I said simmonds has a career year and he is a force in the league. Clowe has his worst year as a shark and is still an actual force in the NHL.

Im not stupid I know Wayne simmonds is good. The only thing I’m comparing is him and clowe. This all started because some jackass said simmonds is better than everyone on the sharks. Which is completely laughable.

Look dude I don’t want to argue about this anymore. I can see your passion for your team is as strong as mine. Let’s just drop this. Sjsharks last I checked 49 Pts is higher than 45 Pts. I don’t know what kind of math they teach in bay area. But clowe 45 simmonds 49. I can’t believe your actually saying the surrounding pro teams in bay give money to sharks. You must be rain man. Why would an NHL team receive money from an nfl or MLB team. They share the money in their own sport you moron. It’s called revenue sharing and that’s why the owners potentially want a lockout because big market teams in NHL like flyers wings leads ect… Don’t want to profit share with lower market teams like sharks coyotes and so forth. You tell me to look up stats and either your illiterate or your math sucks because the only thing clowe had better than simmonds was assist last year simmonds had more points goals and was a + 11 while clowe was – 5. Philly handing it to another poser of a sports fan. Like I said know what your talking about before you look like a dumby to everyone reading your post. Don’t be jealous because your the only Cali NHL team without a cup keep dreaming sj.

Sjsharks you want to keep comparing simmonds to clowe let’s. Simmonds first year in league age 18 or 19. Clowe 23 or 24 advantage simmonds. Simmonds at age 22 49 points in NHL. Clowe in minors at age 22. Advantage simmonds. Simmonds in 4 th year scored more points than clowe in 6th or 7 th. Simmonds is younger more polished early in his career than clowe and has better upside. You have no argument. You want stats I gave them two you the fact simmonds has four years under his belt before clowe had one at same age already makes simmonds more intriguing. Simmonds will be Playing with the same core young guys like schenn giriox couts for at least next three years. So your arguments he will drop off are close minded and moronic. Worry about the sharks because your one of the 100 fans that do. If sj would just move to canada big markets like philly wouldn’t have to worry about profit sharing with your meaningless franchise

Sjsharks do u have knowledge of your own team. Simmonds would have been fourth or fifth in scoring overall on team. 4 th in goals. I think in top 6 in assist. Yea I would say 6 yrs 23 mil is a horrible signing for a guy who puts up those numbers. If you want to compare him to clowe a guy who you claim is one of best power forwards in league simmonds numbers are better in four years than clowes. I love the comment the kings traded simmonds and won the cup so they didn’t need him. I guess the addition of Richards and carter had nothing to do with it but your so knowledgable about hockey. Like I said know your stats dip sht. When does one guy win a cup last I thought it was called a team not the Los angelous simmonds. Ok let’s start this off with the fact that you said I am a moron TWO. I believe the proper term would be too. But hey, who cares about speaking correctly.

The next point I want to make is you claiming I said handzus was better than simmonds. If you too time to go back to the other article I said simmonds is BETTER than handzus. Handzus is probably the worst player in the NHL.

Lastly the fact that you claim since I’m a sharks fan I know nothing about hockey. Why is that? Because they don’t have a cup? This does not mean they have not had success in the past. A flyers fan saying a sharks fan knows nothing about hockey just based on the fact they haven’t won a cup is comical. Why is it comical? Because the last time the Flyers won a cup was 1975. That was 37 years ago. The sharks have only been a team for 21 years.

So how about we flip the script and instead of coming at me like you know something, you should just sit down and rue quiet.

Sjsharks. You are a moron two. How can u compare Crosby and simmonds contracts. Simmonds played for la kings one of the worst scoring teams in league last couple of years. The kings won on d and goaltending the same way every cup team wins. How can you expect simmonds to put points up on a team that doesn’t score. I guess your right a guy in his early twenties coming of a 50 point year and has improved his numbers every year is a horrible signing at 3.84 mill a year. Crosby was a good signing for Penns flyers fans don’t doubt Crosby skill they hate his whining. Most people hate him for his baby attitude. The Crosby signing will be a bad one if he gets one more concussion. He is signed for ten yrs at 100 mil you don’t think in those ten he is going to get at least one or two more concussions. He has had two in three yrs. Crosby is injury probed and that is why flyers fans might have said signing was bad. If I were Pitt I would have tried 7 yrs because look what pronger is going through. Though he is one of best players on the league he is a good concussion away from that being a potential cap disaster

You forgot to mention simmonds had just got hit with a puck in face I think the gm before and had about 15 stitches and a swollen face when England fought him. Plus he was doing what a true team player would stick up for his teammate. He still fought England despite having stitches. Simmonds is about 195 lbs and weighs like 30 pounds less than England. Takes a real hero to go after an injured player especially when he has stitches in his face. Another smart penn post. I give credit to the Penns fan who said good signing he knows hockey. I also love all the people who say it was a horrible signing because he had one good year. I guess Pitt is stupid for signing Neal then after his record season. Know the game guys and how it’s played then make your ignorant comments

As a long suffering Leaf fan I envy the fans of the teams that can look forward to watching their teams compete each year. Good signing for the Flyers but I have to admit it will be tough watching the Leaf players pee down their legs when the Flyers come to town again. I guess there are worse ways to spend $300 right?

It’s not like we didn’t just resign someone to a long term deal, for a great price (Sidney Crosby). So are you going to tell me if you were a Flyers fan you would sit here and mock the Pens for his (Crosby’s) signing or say that he is way overrated? If you are a true fan, you already know the answer.
