That would leave the league with an odd # of teams creating scheduling nightmares. Also, I don’t think the NHLPA will be happy with the 23 jobs you just eliminated. Phoenix will be moved long before contraction is ever considered. There are too many cities wanting a NHL team.

My friend is actually gonna play as Columbus. It’s a challenge but they do have three 1st rounds and a few nice pieces so if he succeeds it be damn impressive.

This is great, as a Bruins fan I can constantly use the Leafs as a way to win the cup. I also heard that if a player does not reach potential by age 22 the Habs trade him away to the Rangers. Epically if he does not speak French.
