I didn’t see that. I find it funny that two stories were posted late evening. Seems like a real half-assed attempt at “diving in” on the team. I hope the coverage for other teams was better.

Same thought I had regarding the Minnesota Wild yesterday…it was “Minnesota Wild Day” and there were stories like “Happy Birthday Sindey Crosby”, only 2 stories all day about the Wild. Don’t expect much on the ‘Canes today either…unfortunately.

Kirk Muller will be the difference in getting this team together. We’re geared up for a cup run. Any of those holes will be addressed come the trade deadline. This team has to stay healthy. Something about sports teams in Carolina having issues staying on the field. Must be something in the water.

the D is a big ? as for tampa their top 6 isnt as good overall granted they have the best sniper in the game but their goaltending is a gamble right now and as a flyers fan who has seen multiple shots at a cup destroyed by goaltending its not a ? to have

I am not sure the canes will… I think the bolts got a lot better. The canes do need a bit of help of D and some depth of O, they are playing in a hard fought division even though it could be the weakest in the east. They should put up a lot of points but the D really makes me wonder if they will win the division.

Carolina will win the division as long as ward is healthy and playing like ward, their core is good bit could use another winger or 3rd line center and a couple of dmen…they should have locked up allen
