Next year is the year it turns around. The owner(s) told me they are building the company around me. It’s all crap and it NEVER comes true. But people WANT to believe it will. Sometimes, someone they respect HAS to say to them, “Hey, you’re working in a s**thole for a group of a**holes and you needed to leave yesterday.”. I’m guessing one of Nash’s teammates on the Olympic team knew Rick was a good guy playing for an abysmal organization and just told him the truth. Rick owes the guy a case of beer.
