Although most think he will be traded at first chance, the reason he should not have been matched was money… In short term they are screwed… BADLY!!!

Anyway after year 1 he aid trade bait right? No, why would the preds give up a player the year he only makes 1 mill and has the huge cap hit?

Oh but the 3rd year they should trade him right?
Honestly it would make more sense then, but if you hold him for that year everything after that is not nearly as bad.

It was a bad short term move by the preds for year one, but after the first few years this is a great deal.
