Dwight King plays for the Kings, so his last name and his team’s name, the Kings, match. Johnny McKenzie played for the Bruins, and McKenzie/Bruins is not quite as close a match as King/Kings, pies notwithstanding.

If anyone still doubts that the LA Kings have now embarked on a run of “multiple” Stanley Cup Championships, then it might be time for them to start watching another sport ! This signing is “brilliant” and it’s another example of the “genius” which is Dean Lombardi. The NHL’s “so-called” best teams weren’t so much beaten this spring, as they were “butchered” by our glorious Kings ! Yes friends, we are here ! … and we are here to stay ! :)
