47 years old and this guy still has it! Just like Gordie Howe playing in the all star game at 51! Man I feel young for once!

So is the word out on him yet as to whether he’s one of those guys that just can’t retire? I remember Chelios at the end of his career, and it seemed like you had to drag him kicking and screaming off the ice. Or is he like one of those old boxers, made millions and blew it, so now he has to keep going past his due date in order to build some sort of nest egg to retire on? If he retired tomorrow, he’s in the Hall of Fame. I’m not sure what else he’s trying to play for, other than the two suggestions.

Have him come to Columbus. If he can’t beat out Steve Mason, stick a fork in him, he’s done. Can’t set the bar any lower than that.

no idea if he can really play but I desperately hope somebody signs him so we can all find out for sure.
Odds are at 47 he can’t really be effective, but would be fun if somehow he could. Even if just for a couple games before the groin tears.

I would love to see the comeback… Could easily see him go to a team who needs a goalie and wants to hit the cap floor so he will get over paid…
