This was the right move. They would have tarnished the legacy. Now the greatest goaltender of all time played with the Devils his whole career and it will be something that fans will tell their kids’ kids, etc. Glad to read this…

After saying he won’t resign until parise signs somewhere, he resigns anyway haha. If him and Zac would have left the devils would be moving to QC. They have too small of a fan base to lose two stars like that.
