Crabb will certainly help with dealing with salary cap. Bringing in a cheaper player can certainly help with bringing in a player that will demand bigger dollars.

Caps lost 50 goals in Semin, Wideman, Knuble, etc….have added 29 in Ribiero and Crabb….

That’s not a gain.

Actually pretty decent pickup, decent 4th liner ideally (can be 3rd liner but on a good team shouldn’t be), and can chip in more offense often then you’d think. Good on Joey, did a good job for the Leafs.
